After my first self portrait commission I got lots of requests to do more, very sorry again I couldn't accommodate everyone, but that would have meant more of my own face than I could handle!This one is for my good friend Shawn
And it is aaaaallll about DRAMA!! Plus some mischief in the eyes, but that comes all too naturally to me

I was on the dA front page looking at your Grace Kelly dwg. So I headed on over and smiled at your art. It so cleanly done, your lines are sharp and you have a strong ability to create volume, weight and shape in your works.
There's a thumbnail list of other similar works off to the rightm and when I recognized your art style, I thought I'd look some more. Well, I just HAD to look at your Marilyn Monroe dwg.
Then, I noticed a Rhianna and a Penelope Cruz thumbnail too. "Hollywood stars and singers, huh?" I thought to myself. "Oh, hey that girl looks beautiful. But who is she?"
The thumbnail I saw didn't look like anyone I'd seen on TV before. And that's what led me here. Whoever you are: wow. You look like a girl out of a dream, where there isn't much to make out and the world is unfocused, but of the one I see here, is enough to keep me wishing I could dream forever.

while browsing through your drawings I played that game of always guessing the celebrity first before reading the title of the drawing . When I stumbled up on this one I was really irritated because didn't knew who that was and I said to myself that one wouldn't forget such a beautiful face. I mean, there is a reason why e.g. Megan Fox starred in two Transformer movies while not being a pleasant person to work with at the same time. People associate her to the movie while the Transformers themselves are rather a nice gimmick standing besides the ravshing girl.
anyway... I just couldnt figure out who this stunning lady was and I finally decided to take a look at the title. It is a self portrait, oh my gosh

I saw that and immediatly thougt of my friend because you look so similar. That's why I did a portrait of her in the same way. Hope you don't mind ^^

can you please teach me how to draw real people, i know you are probably very busy, and i know it takes practice, but i am a really good drawer, just not as good at realism, if you could just take a few minutes of your time to tell me how (in traditional drawing) how you shade and make the face proportional, i would appreciate it more than you could ever know!

Ignore the person below who was saying crap about 'copying'. Drawing as well as you do requires a great deal of talent and effort and time. You are amazingly good. If I ever have even a quarter of the skill you do, I would be absolutely delighted - as would most people.
That person who commented is just an art snob who doesn't understand that there are all kinds of art and all kinds of 'creation'. What you are doing is not copying, you are creating a beautiful piece of artwork based on a reference photo or on life or whatever.
I'm sure I don't need to tell you this and that you already know it, but I thought I would let you know anyway. I have seen many wonderful artists get similar comments from assholes like that, and it always annoys me.
I would again like to reiterate how wonderful all your drawings are, and also that I'm desperately jealous that you got great looks AND talent/skill... X(

I'm just saying that you have good eye to copy
and that probably hurts you because you know that there is a difference between what you see and what you know and you probably have huge lack on second one since there is no personal work in your gallery except copies.
