Just good ol photoshop.
From memory i think it was just a split RAW conversion.
The colours come from a sepia effect [link]
Like most things the effect changes with different images, but i made an action of the above tutorial and tweaked if from there.

I like the lighting in this one a lot compared to the original. It gives the picture a different feel. But honestly, I love both
