Papyrus use to be the head of the royal guard before giving it to Undyne, then retired to work in his own restaurant.
In this AU Papyrus has to be careful with his powers, ever since he received it his bone bullets where twice as large than it normally was, through training he manage to control the size to a degree. He can summon around 5 different types of those titans, lately his favorite is the one with 4 arms. He can also do "Time pause" which last around 5 minutes but he can cancel it when ever he likes.
