If you allow me, these kind of clouds {very thin, very high in the sky, sometimes they look like that : ' ' ' ' ' (or , , , , if you prefer

By opposition, when you can observe persistant planes traces high in the skies, that means beautifull weather to come or maintain for the 6 next hours ...or High pressures, from the weathermen's point of view
