Rita heads into the party room to see a pair of bickering parents whose argument has grown so loud that they were causing the kids to become upset, even crying no less. She tries first to be polite to the couple but their attitude forced her to demand respect via 'death glare'
A move that has proven effective.
the script for this page had gone over a dozen rewrites as to what she could do her say, but seeing as i had never witnessed anyone being dealt with by security staff I'm not sure what she could do legally, especially in this day an age where people are being sued at the drop of a hat. So it ended up as a battle of dominance between two females and who has the stronger will.

BTW i hate it when people show blatant disrespect for law enforcements and employees in a workplace. (or anybody really) their jobs are hard enough as is and they don't anyone trying to sass them and made their jobs more difficult.
