This was a fun one, doing more along these lines for an upcoming show, although I think this will be the only skateboard piece.

Ah yes. The legendary nude, demonic-woman skateboard.

"Her allure possess the minds of drunken viewers, cause her victims to make fake offers of money to the artist, and then tempt them to steal her off the wall of a public art show in Avenue A Sushi, only to get chased down and tackled by security and the bar owners in nearby Tompkins Square Park. 'Tis the tale of 'The Temptress' "

That's pretty much how it goes down, n'est-ce pas? lolol

Anyway's it was fun watching you paint this in my apartment.

Thanks Jayel, got so many compliments on this one. In fact at the original show I had this piece in, someone tried to steal it off the wall and book it out the door. He was caught and the piece returned thankfully.

glad you got it back. people on da are always on about art theft,
"someone used my artwork as their facebook image". . . etc
but that's like old school art theft. . .

im all about the oldschool, I guess others just notice it.

In all honesty I'd rather someone try to grab the piece and run, cuz I know I can catch em and rectify the issue. Online issues,... ain't much you can do in that case.

Yeah, I'm taking a step back to my old school roots.
You know when I was at SVA the illustration dept. didn't even have computers.
the animation dept. was still using VHS. . . Hah!
