Moving on, I think the colors you chose are great to convey that cloudy sky feel and the gold accent is a good break from the blue. Though referring to the contrast in values, the girl kinda blends in with the background in some places. Try to gray scale the picture to check out what I'm talking about. My suggestion would be to lighten the girl up a bit to bring her out of the background.
Composition wise I think you need more room to the left and above the character. Allow her some more breathing room so to speak and show off the fact she is flying(?) through a stunning background you made. Though if you do this then you'll probably have to draw more buildings and move the cute little bird over to the left. It'll take some time and extra effort but I'm confident it'll increase the impact of her flight.
Speaking of the bird, I'm also confused on where the foreground is in relation to the girl. The building itself seems to be sized more for the background but the large size of the bird tells me that it’s in the foreground, in which case that building seems rather small. I can't tell the girl's position in the sky from these two conflicting elements.
Coming back to the character I think she's absolutely gorgeous. It complements the complexity of the background well and I absolutely love how you shaded her hair. The only critique for her that I can think of is that the girl's right leg (the one closest to the viewer) has a slight anatomical error. Lastly, my friend pointed out that the teal green color of the sky shows an evening or night scene while the clouds remain white like it was in the middle of the afternoon. I think this is something you can get away with but this might be something you'd want to keep in mind for future reference.

I liked some parts of your critique. However, and maybe it's not my place, but I find a couple of points that I really disagree with. One is that, the bird that is sitting in the foreground, I don't think you are supposed to look at what it is sitting on as a roof, to me it looks like part of a roof, such as a just a small roof decoration. If you notice in the background, some roofs have little decorative borders on them, to me it looks like one of those zoomed in. And as for a sandwich leg, I find it fits perfectly. I understand reality doesn't work that way, but I don't find this was meant to be a realistic representation. The style is very anime like, I think part of the beauty is that it's not realistic. I'm sure Marvel illustrators also knew that, but it looks aesthetic and refined and that's the allure. As of the composition...I feel like if it had more room anywhere, it would actually mock up some of the effect of the image. The way it is now, it almost looks to me like another character snapped a picture of her, adding more room will make it so typical. This is just my opinion, nothing personal.

I can understand your points about the composition and the leg, but I won't change my opinions regarding them. As for the bird, I'm a little confused on your explanation since it doesn't explain why the bird is so big in comparison to the building. Thanks for taking the time to share your opinions!

I understand, I just wanted to show the other side of things. As for the bird and the building, think of what it's sitting on, not a full building but just a small decoration on a rooftop of an actually much bigger building. Maybe you'll see what I mean. There's excellent colour contrast with the blues against the orange ribbon belt and birds in the foreground. The clouds have a lovely ethereal feel to it adding to the sense of weightlessness. The line work is both subtle and beautiful. It does have a strange contrast against the painted parts of the picture but the fact that it is very delicate makes it work. The girl's face is bright and adorable and not something would typically associate with a Ragnarok, which is the Norse Mythology for the end of the world.
I get the impression this is a playful character that's going to mess with your day.
