Not really no, this is actually based on an old commercial on Ty the Tasmanian Tiger where Ty put Sonic Crash and Spyro in the Hospital.

I never expected to see art involving that video with Ty hospitalizing those three. That's pretty awesome and interesting to see how much has changed and been turned around for these franchises.
Pretty accurate and ironic how the tables have turned with those three now current and Ty still remaining in the dark.
