NOTE: JATPL is short for "Joshua and the Promised Land".Ugh... I thought "Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe in Santa" was bad, but I've found a movie that's even WORSE than that: Joshua and the Promised Land. Holy cow! This film is very poorly animated, likely due to a low budget, but the characters still look creepy. I've seen Saberspark's review of this film, titled "What the HELL is Joshua and the Promised Land?", and I've also heard that a certain scene from said film ended up becoming a meme.
I'll bet that Rocko the Wallaby wouldn't like JATPL either. He would be horrified of the bad character designs! Did I mention the film also has a lot of clipping?
However, JATPL is only the second worst animated film of all time, in my opinion. The only film that I believe is the absolute worst is "Where the Dead Go to Die". Don't even get me started on that one...
