I didn't win.. I like the render quality I got, but there were better likenesses done in the contest. There are some really great caricature artists out there and it's not my main genre. It's just nice to participate

Actually, the majority of my work is "comp" and very quickly done. Maybe more rendered than the typical degree you'd think of for storyboard, but my digital pieces shown hear and other online portfolios is really just me stretching out creatively. You always need to get back to doing things that please yourself creatively. Even more so when your daily work is for pleasing everyone else.
