Description
The Alicanto/Allicanto is a Chilean cryptid that resides in caves and mines. The size of the bird depends on the sighting and one type feeds on Gold whereas the other eats Silver. They luminesce with gold metallic color and finding one is said to be a sign of good luck, as finding one and following it without being caught will lead you to the Gold or Silver they feed on. However, if you are caught by one you'll be pushed off a cliff or lured deep in the cave to fall off a ravine.

I used a ballpoint pen with color pencils, a metallic gold marker, and a watercolor wash for the background.

Here's the updated version where I refined the feathering across the body (wings, tail feathers, and all) with pen some more.
