Lmao. Both Windows Media Player and iTunes can do that. All you have to do is right click on an empty space in your taskbar, go up to Toolbars -> and then click Windows Media Player.
Then, whenever you minimize WMP, it will go down like that. If you're using Windows Media Player 9 or lower, then it will be blue, instead of black.
