This guide needs to be updated. A lot of things have changed on their design since I made thisThe Katakit used in this guide is Nikki, my Katakin (:

Katakits are a very shy creature that lives deep within forests where they can easily hide. They are rarely, if ever, seen in open terrain. They prefer to live alone and don't like the company if others. Though that doesn't mean that they never socialize with other creatures. Some are more outgoing than others and they can sometimes be seen in couples or in groups of three. But it's rare and they are very picky when it comes to choosing friends or partners.
They are also collectors. They love collecting random things they find. It can be anything from strange rocks to beautiful feathers. These things are often used to decorate their homes.
Magic
The gems on a Katakits tail contains magic that gives their tail healing powers. The more and bigger gems there are the more powerful their healing is. By just a touch of the tail, it can revive dead plants or heal someone that's badly wounded or really sick. Animals and plants that's been healed by Katak

Does it matter how we draw the eyes?
Because the eyes I normally draw are dark animal eyes, more 'realistic' I suppose C:
They have black sclera basically.

Dark sclera are a rare trait. I just haven't added that to the traits list yet. Though colored sclera is okay as the color is very bright, like light yellow or something like that (:

Sorry about that! You can change to a rare slot instead if you want. The rare slot gives you access to 1 rare trait. That would mean $12 extra. It would be unfair to the person who bough a rare slot if I sold it for less.

Just a little question: the first ear has a blue dot, is it a mistake and that's supposed to be green, since blue hasn't an equivalent?

Yes, actually they do. I just forgot to mention that in the species info.
I guess they could fall in love. Katakits are very shy though so it's not very common

You mean the spikes on their lower back? Those are not wings. They are part of the Katakits design and used to show emotions
