Really amazed by the fluid movement of this fursuit in that dancing video you've shown a couple times. I also like how the suit's look is kept proportional and not hindered when walking or crouching. The fursuit is overall impressive!

Are you wearing stilts or high heals in those legs? They're some of the best digitgrade (can't spell that darn word, lol) legs I've seen

Actually, I have seen many versions of digitigrade legs that use actual stilts, but I'm not sure they're the best solution for turning plantigrade people feet into digitigrade animal legs. While it may be the most correct solution from an anatomy standpoint, they usually force the actor/ess into a weird posture and gait that looks pretty unnatural. Even in the exceptionally designed models that are easy to wear (such as this pair: www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8Rk8r… ), they make the leg 1.5x longer and it seems disproportional to the rest of the person's body. In my opinion, if you want to psychically get someone's heel off the ground this (www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGv2Du… ) is a far more graceful solution than a clunky stilt. Then you have costumes like Oracle that rely on padding for the digitigrade look. One thing I like about this suit when compared to others using a similar approach is that the costume's knees and ankles align with the wearer's knees and ankles so the bending looks realistic. You can see in this (www.youtube.com/watch?v=j37PYZ… ) example that the bending appears to be happening between the knees and the ankle in a rather unrealistic (and painful!) fashion. By elevating the human ankle using platforms (as she revealed below) the joints are aligned correctly, and because the wearer gets to walk in a natural way, the resulting motion is fluid and realistic. You can see at 1:30 in this vid ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATtgWw… )just how good it looks when the actor moves around.

Anyway, there is obviously no right or wrong way to make digitigrade legs and all of that is just my personal opinion. I really like the proportion of Oracle's legs, and I've put quite a bit of thought into costume-building so that's just my 2 cents :3

I am flat footed on platforms. These are actually made on "fugs" or winter boots and are super comfy to run around in!

OHHHHH GAWD!!!!!!!
This is the most awesome fursuit I have EVER seen!!!
What would the price be for a costume as complicated as this?

A suit equal to this one would run about $2500. However; on average, my full suits run closer to $1800.

Such an epic photo. You have built really great suit.
I am sometimes thinking where to buy good artificial fur for creating fursuit.
