The centaur Meg? Now Iβve seen everything!Β
Itβs a really nice looking Meg, and I like her frisky expression. Although seeing her in non-chubby is pretty unusual. Still, a really good and impressive work, just as usual.Β

Thanks!Β Glad to hear from you.
The trickiest thing about this drawing most people wouldn't notice.Β The original was based on a "normal" human proportion, but when I tried to fit that into "Meg" proportions nothing worked.Β So I had to re-scale the horse to fit, and still match the original concept.Β Yeeze, the things I do...

Well, as it seems to me you succeeded with her proportions on 100%. Both the human and the horse parts are in perfect harmony and even her head got ideal size. Not many people able to do so. And again itβs a traditional drawing, thus you deserves extra points, βcause you have no room for mistakes.Β

Ask nicely, you never can tell, maybe...
Not sure if she'll need a saddle or let you go bare back.

I've actually done one of these, but I think you just raised the bar on this kind of picture; I hope you do more of these.

Thanks!Β This one is more involved than it first looks.Β (BTW, I used 53 colors.)
More Bode or centaurs?Β There's no doubt that I'll do more Bode.Β There is the rest of the "Bode Broads" set waiting...

If you ever run across some Bode scans, I'd love to see more of his work. I've got a few tidbits here and there.

::laughs:: I could never beat Kaspired - the best I could hope to do is keep up. I would love to do a centaur colab sometime.Β

I had this gentleman in my kitchen two years ago, and we drew together. And let me tell you right now - if you think it looks good here. wait until you see it in person. I know Mike would hate to hear me blather, but he's truly great with the Copics.Β

It's amazing how the human eye is able to detect such depth of beauty that even a PC monitor can't even show you? Β Β I'm glad you were able see such talent at work!Β
