It depends on what the piece is, is it a sexual porn or just a man in bare bottoms, if the dick is shown active then yes or the man's dick is not easy to spot then no, but that is not what nudity is. What you're describing is sexual content, this piece doesn't have sexual or nudity content on here

I rather think that the aim of this Art is the opposite of providing a "sexual feeling". I explain myself :
For me it shows more the purity, the sincerity and the carefulness of a young girl paying attention of her surrounding rather than a mature content.
It highlights something we don't take time to do anymore in our modern society: seeing and hearing the nature for what it is itself.
How many time has it been since you took time to hear the sound of the ocean/sea/water during a swimming ?
