Thank you all for your awesome submissions to my trade journal a couple of days ago!This is Traue-Niemand 's character Andreas. The species is a muse-beast, and the anatomy is loosely based on that of a raven. I had so much fun with this guy

How do you make your prismacolors look like watercolor ?

I'm pretty sure they're watercolor pencils (you put water on the pencil lines and they look like paint).

The tips of the wings in this one actually have a base layer of watercolor, so it highlights the effect throughout the piece I think.
