I seem to have have a habit of naming all my characters after birds
its fun okay

Name: Oriole (Ori)

Tribe(s): Sky/Silk/Night

Family:
Father; Nightwing/Silkwing named Jay
Mother; Skywing named Kite
Brother; Minivet

Personality: Oriole is deeply insecure because of her lack of wings. She was born without wings, like a Silkwing, but she doesn’t have any silk glands and her father says its impossible that she could grow them. She is afraid to be around other dragons, because she thinks they will hate her and judge her, so she stays in her room alone most of the time.
Oriole lives in the Sky Kingdom where flying is an important part of the culture. She has always longed to know what it felt like.
She spends her time journaling and writing poetry, and she has grown a little indoor garden in her room. Doing these things seems to be the only way to express herself safely.

Though she denies it and stuffs the feeling away, she has a deep anger at her father for being a Silkwing and passing on the genes that made her wingless. Though she is jealous of her brother, who was born with a full set of wings, she loves him to much to despise him.
