Description
Two friends of age six used to meet in front of this tree,
The tree that knows a lot about a promise between two friends.

They usually play hide and seek,
Or sometimes fly kite.

Coloring each others day,
With sweet child stories.

Then one day, six years passed they stood in front of the tree,
Hand-by-hand promising to meet each other 6 years after.

Tears trickled down the others face, evidence of fear to loose a friend,
The later gave a hanky and told the other that he’ll be back.

The one visited the tree everyday, hoping that the other will be back,
While the later never tried to forget the friend he dearly love.

The tree grew old, looks like the promise has been broken,
When the waiting lost all hope she knelt down and wept.

A beautiful man walked silently to the grieving girl,
Hugged her and told her that the waiting is over.

A promise is a promise which sometimes is hard to grant,
But the tree is the one who saw it and look hoe it stood.

A sturdy, strong and unbreakable wood,
Same as our promise the bond of truth..

And this is the story of the tree,
You and me who lived together eternaly.
