The smile on his face.
He was fighting through an eternity.
His footsteps; he has a quick pace.
He's running from the Virus.

Β She used a Gaussian Blur on Photoshop, and used a color adjuster (which can be accessed via Ctrl, and then B) and (possibly) a light bit of texturing.Β

I love this because the thought that is put into the entire thing. The broken mask revealing a panicked Cry, the fact that his arm disappears into the darkness, the blood on himself and the wall. It works well together and the shading and color palettes make it look like a saddened landscape. The hood touching the back of his head along with the strings going forward makes it look like he's having a hard time running and is stumbling. I wish I could do this well.
