Ah, great tutorial! Seeing this has inspired me to use this kind of style in 3D modelling for its basic shapes and such. I'll have to see how that turns out.

Is there any specific program you used to draw this? Perhaps photoshop or ms paint? I'd like to start my drawing but I have no idea where to start

MSPaint does not have a layer function, which, judging by this tutorial, will be essential.
However, there is Paint Dot Net, which is free, and is basically a far better version of MSPaint. You could say it's the love child of MSPaint and Photoshop.

could you Β make a ''chibi'' or smal version/non-hero mode characters?

You can make a binary eraser on SAI by putting the binary pen on 0% opacity. Or use a binary pen while you select transparency under the foreground and background switch.

I think it was Photoshop. I'm not really sure, though.

Oh, it's ok. I can just use paint. It's a little tricky but it works.^^

it's a good thing i used a base to create my character first, cause now i'm going to make a reference sheet using this style, but no pose exists that's just someone standing around. (maybe there's an image with someone, but i really don't feel going through the entire comic again just looking for one image to use as a base)
