Split tips make thrusts much less effective (don't take that out of context). Also, cutouts on the blade make it much less structurally sound, and you're better off just making it thinner. The length is fine. Other than that, I would probably make the grip more rectangular and less cylindrical for better edge alignment.

Yes Armour can be pretty hard to do, good job though. Particularly like the shadings to her leg and the trail of smoke. Nice.

I really love the design. The armor is very intricate. The sword is also very beautiful to look at. However, the pony tail seems unnatural it was as if it was attached to the top of her head. That is the only problem. Otherwise, its beautiful
