1.) Cloudburst lives a life of 90% lethargy, 10% unexpected awesome. Zipperflash thought she was the absolute coolest the day they met and has never really let go of that idea

2.) Buckball? More like cloudy-don't-give-a-fuck-ball. Cloudy is a lot speedier than she looks and totally about to stomp her dad's oversized ass. There's a reason she's been the secret weapon of Ponyville's buckball league for many years now.

Poor huge, ultra strong Bell must have been so lost when his youngest precious babbu was born. Sure, her siblings had seemed tiny and fragile compared to him at first, but in Cloudy's case she really was. So teeny he could hold her in one hoof. So smol he tied a balloon around her when she started toddling around so he wouldn't lose her under a couch or something. His poor daddy protective instincts (already fine tuned) went into overdrive and he had a habit of hovering over his daughter as she grew. Dash, though protective over their youngest as well, had to gently (well, her own version of 'gently') get daddo to back off. Cloudy would be fine, and needed to stand on her own hooves in the big world.

3.) Cloudy's chill nature means her family members come to her most for advice. Dash's relationship with Phoenix is the most turbulent of all her children, this bothers her a lot more than she lets on

fyi, "felony conviction" here refers to an arson incident in Phoenix's youth, while for Rainbow, it refers to that time she broke into/partly destroyed the Cloudsdale weather factory to buy more time for her sleepy pet tortoise.....that was not something the Equestrian justice system took lightly
