I have one fairly well thought out, involving the Wookiee Trandoshan duo. They have two force sensitive children captive in their dungeon, surrounded by Ysalimiri (sp?), the little lizards that inhibit force use.
I just can't bring myself to write an entire story using characters I don't own. I feel like I am betraying them!
