Gorgeous pose! Being as most people are trying for that painted kind of look anyways in their photo manipulations at least, the lower quality seems to look more painted than grainy, so that should make some artists lives easier instead of harder (or so it looks on my computer).
Regardless of picture quality, content wise its awesome!

to learn how to teach her the tricks

Have you seen the movies by the same person? I have a paint mare who does just about everything But bow.
You might try markers to help add duration. Unfortunately markers haven't made it far into horse training yet, but they are a useful too.

Marker training or clicker training tends to be seen more in dogs but it's powerful and useful for horses as well.
