A model of a black widow spider that I made as a Halloween decoration back in 2015. Her head and body are made of black pom-poms, her eyes, pincers, and legs are made of black felt, and the hourglass marking on her back is made of red felt. The highlights in her eyes were drawn in with white acrylic paint, and I tied white thread to her bottom to hang her from my doorknob. This spider's legs span 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm), and the string is 11 inches (27.94 cm).
