Description
This is one I've been wanting to create for a long time. Because he is one of Hanna Barbera's more underrated lesser-known characters when compared to his fellow cartoon felines (Tom, Sylvester,Β Garfield, Gumball, Felix, Top Cat, etc.), Mr. Jinks has fallen on hard times. He winds up as an alley cat, scrounging through dumpsters and trash cans for his next meal.
