Saw this work a while back and it left a big impression with me, but I've had the hardest time finding it again due to the licensing issue repeated throughout the comments; like many, my deep search has been related to acquiring (legitimately) an oil canvas or the likeness thereof concerning this art. I too am sorry to hear that the art was stolen, but did you expect less without legitimate venues of sale? Granted that I do not know all this issues involved with copyrighting this kind of work, but it seems to me that as the copyright holder you would be able to set whatever licensing you see fit be it something as open as the Creative Commons License which invites it's spread or something as closed as above with all the associated issues you've encountered; mostly I deal in software, thus my understanding of the issue is based in what I know, but I am certain that a legitimate venue of sale for this art would best dissuade further theft or plagiarism, not to mention the providing of some measure of support for your continued works and also an effective way of spreading your name as an artist.
