I think the head might be a bit better if it protruded in the back more. Or realistic, anyway. But I guess heads come in many shapes and sizes.

i saw it on the front page and was like "gosh, what a detailed work on the hair". and you did the shading so well. the blue tone really fits. makes the whole picture a bit "frozen" and cold.

Nope... I don't even have one!
It's just the Pen tool on it's default settings although some of the blood was done using brushes.

Your ability of using the pen tool is really impressive I must say.
I love the contrast between the bright red of the more dull blue of the face.
Maybe I would say try and make the eye more "alive", but then it fits the style of the picture here, so I'm not sure..
