Just in time for my thought. It's kinda a meme already - scouts constantly asking for dispenser. Almost every video with TF2 has one (or even ARMY of them!).
"Ya' got nothing to do, boy? Use field suppies lying around, stop using dispenser's supply. 'Cause you're supposed to deliver information, ya' know..."
It's even very greatly done.

See, Scouts are defined as offensive even with their weak firepower, but they ask for dispenser. "Where is the logic here then, dear dispenser-scouts? You're supposed to keep team informed, not staying in defense at all." That's what I'm always thinking about it.
