Those are just some of my favourite quotes from a most beloved film “The Last Unicorn” based on the novel by Peter S. Beagle. From the very first moment I discovered this film at age 12 I have been enchanted ever since. It is more than a fairytale, tackling mature messages of innocence, identity, loss, love, the fragility of life and valuing it despite it all.

Hope you enjoy this fan art. This proved to be the most difficult to me because there’s just so much more to the film I wanted to portray. From beautiful scenes to an array of other intriguing characters. For now I decided to draw Lady Amalthea (her design is so gorgeous) and her true unicorn form. I’d really like to make more…🦄💙
