Fun Fact: Work on the Enterprise consists of 50% normal Starfleet ship duty, 50% trying to get Kirk to keep it in his pants.

That actually happened to Charles Tukker (the Kirk of ENT) back in the 1st or 2nd season. Well, at least the last panel,

That's a thing that sometimes happens to human women and is the only feesible way for M-preg to happen IRL. Though it would require surgery to manually place the fertilized egg inside the male's abdominal cavity. Additionally, the developing fetus would need to be placed in a surrogate mother's womb at some point towards the end of the second trimester.

I feel like there must be some unused script somewhere with a couple of Kirk's conquest's kiddies coming home and causing a ruckus. I mean, there's some fantastic stories to be had, how can they just be ignoring them? And thanks, glad you dig the comic!

It was only a matter of time. And as far as karmic retribution goes, cleaning up possibly toxic alien poop and vomit should work like a charm...

Ah, glorious. I've always waited for that one moment when Kirk finally encountered an alien babe which had freakish anatomy. Shame it couldn't happen in canon.

Hahaha! It had to happen eventually, right? All those aliens, there had to be some messed up stuff down there at some point. I'm going to just go ahead and say it is canon, from the lost "In A Family Way" episode.
