Description
Celestia: Princess and victim of an experiement gone awry. The experiement left her with the power of the Starfire (the power that allows one to basically control the aspects of the universe). With the help of the eccentric scientist that changed her life, Celestia tries to learn to control her newfound gift and tries to keep herself out of the hands of those who would use her for evil. Her staff helps her focus the energy within her.Celestia may have cat-like ears, but she's basically human and the ears are really her only "animal" characteristic.

That's so totally awesome Liz! I love the whole look and design of her. And the outfit just really ties it all together. This is probably one of my favorite works that you've done lately. I love the story behind her as well. The background fits it perfectly.
I must agree with Creature in saying she looks like she could be one of Galactus' heralds. Maybe it's the outfit. Or perhaps it's her powers... Or even her looks in general. *shrugs*
