Description
As a fun exercise I like to revisit old drawings i’ve done to track my artistic progress by redrawing them. I originally drew this elf archer back in 2011 and then again in 2015; so much has changed haha the original pose was there but the details were all over the place, so I feel like my design sensibilities have evolved to be more simple and streamlined; not to mention picking a color palette and sticking with it. I’m really happy with the current iteration, but also excited to see what i’ll come up 5 years from now. Do any of you redraw your old drawings too?
