C has done A for a few years now, and I've known... It's illegal but may become legal... They tell me they are just going to smoke a cigarette but I smell it, it's not just that...
Then I accidentally walk in on C doing B.... B is bad.. Worse than A.... And I could hear them doing it... In the bathroom only a few feet away....
