If this is one of Darkseid's fake avatars, then I think Goku could beat it. But the real Darkseid? I'd say he could outrun the Omega Beams. And his punches can definitely hurt Darkseid considering Goku's punches are calc'd to be multi-galaxy busting at the very least.
But Darkseid still seems much smarter and still more durable. And with much more stamina and no immediate accessible weaknesses. I'd say Darkseid wins. Though I'm confident Goku would at least make him bleed.

Goku might take this with his mastered Super Saiyan God level. Apparently Battle of Gods takes place in between the death of Kid Buu and the World Tournament Fight with Goku vs Uub. By then Goku's power must have significantly increased and he would have mastered the form. SSG can be used in any Super Saiyan form (Goku used SSG when he was fighting Bills as a Super Saiyan) and he has the power to absorb energy to make himself stronger. We need wait and see what will come out after Battle of Gods. I heard AT is making another DB series..
