no its not relay painted ...but its also no easy photo manipulation... i used a few puplic domain images , photoshop brushes and a lot of adjustments & subtleties ... I do not know, unfortunately, the exact course of events

the "universe" is a photo manipulation of some public domain images, photoshop brushes and a lot of adjustments & subtleties ... I do not know, unfortunately, the exact course of events
