A friend of mine approached me about doing some art for a project they are working on. This is the second of four images I did for him. All of them are pencil work with colors from photoshop.I LOVED WORKING ON THIS. Except the spider. Damn the spider. Damn staring at reference photos of spiders for a few hours. Damn. Damn. Damn those spiders. I could feel them crawling in my brain. Otherwise, I think the is the one I am most proud of. I enjoy drawing rocks. Mmmmmm rocks. oh god spiders why

I really dislike them as well.Β However, in my youth I drew these crappy little bubble-things whenever people asked for spiders.Β Never again.Β My spiders may horrify me, but they will be REAL...ish.

Hehe, I did have a little bit of story behind it...but it is barely a snippet: The two of them are small-town but rather violent backwoods bandits, who in an unfortunate moment have stumbled across something in the wilderness they might not have exactly planned for. XD
