Holy crap I drew a picture. AND colored it by hand. There must be something seriously wrong with me today.

This is Sailor Raikou for 's contest. The scan isn't the best of quality, but after 5+ tries, this is what I've got (and I'm reminded of why I don't like doing stuff traditionally...). But you probably don't want to hear about all that so... Here are her stats:

Name: Laila (or Raila)
Age: Unknown
Home region: Johto
Partner: Raikou, though she has been known to use an assortment of electrical pokemon from the area.
Techniques: As Sailor Raikou she has the ability of super speed and is also able to call up thunderstorms. Doing this enhances her and her pokemon's power in battle.

And just to put it out there, yes, I know she's too skinny! >.<
