The "Very Hairy Brush" by Arrsistable (<- spelling?) You can find it in the Resources collection of my favorites. It's okay and worked pretty well, but I had to go back in and do a lot of highlighting myself using a 1-2 pixel round brush with a bright color (in this case light blue). I used it for the tail as well.
