Not stolen. Someone liked the marvel image and commissioned me to recreate it in oil pastels for them. So, I got out my oil pastels and I drew it for them. All of my images are based on other images. I use them as references. I didn't claim to make the image up out of thin air, I just drew it in oil pastels for someone who wanted it.

It is stolen. You haven't advised that it was commissioned from an already existing image that someone else drew. Also, you shouldn't be recreating art which isn't yours despite the person paying you for it. It's plagiarism.
