The detailing on the walls and doors, the stairs that swoop down, it's fantastically detailed. Excellent photo, would enjoy visiting the place myself. The drapes at the window are particularly fascinating to look at, a bit haunting. The texture on the floors too...very interesting.

Ooh, ominous! I love the creepy feeling this evokes. The comparisons to Fatal Frame and Silent Hill in the comments are very appropriate, I definitely see the same distinctive chilling atmosphere.
