So many drawings lately, but with my tablet fixed and some inspiration sprinkled in I am on fire \o/ So yesterday I watched a stream where Teisol, Nemomein and Zagiir were doing some amazing art (as always) and I really wanted to draw as well. I got inspiration to create this completely lineless piece with the method Teisol uses. I bet I failed, but it was the experience which was amazing! Experimenting with a technique I have never fiddled with and it came out pretty well ^=^So here I decided to draw a purple dragonling with a night gem on/in it's. Her name is Amphoria C: Maybe someday I will draw a full-body image of her as she's a serpent and not a western dragon (which I draw the most). I really like how the scales came out, and the eye is sooooo cute o.o Can't realize how it turned out like this when I was just flailing around and not caring too much on what I was doing lol. But yeah I hope you enjoy this.
Also Thank you Tes for so much inspiration and giving me hope I will improve over time ^=^

Awe ;_; I am really glad if watching my process inspired you enough to give it a try! I think you did a wonderful job with this. The perspective is especially great, and it is great to see the amount of black shadows in your work decreasing. I think that's a sign that you're getting more and more confident and knowledgeable of where to put shadows/control your values. THAT GEM THO, 10/10 WITH THE SOFT REFLECTION ONTOP AND THE PERSPECTIVE!
Though above all, remember to have fun! Improvement isn't everything in art. Make sure you enjoy every part of the journey, and love your art for what it currently is, otherwise the journey isn't worth taking. Definitely draw more of Amphoria if it makes you happy! I certainly wouldn't mind to see more of her 8D

Of course! I actually have a traditionally made drawing of a dragon which looks like Tes, but I changed a few things, I was originally planning to post that picture, but I really wanted to show this drawing first and now I don't want to bombard everything with art which I drew when I was inspired by you (there's a lot lol)
YUSSS I didn't think I will add the gem, but it was so worth it in the end, I tried and it payed off. I really like how it turned out as well. And for complimenting my perspective, thank you <3 I really appreciate your kind words and just to see you comment makes my day like a hundred times better C:
And I did have a lot of fun It felt weird getting out of my comfort zone, but it was really enjoyable to see how over time refining this picture turned out.
