What pisses me off is that the "Atheist" was an unfriendly old guy who seemed to hate religion, that it had one of the worst plot twists I've ever seen and that the movie misconcepts the quote
"God is dead."

Like I said in another comment: I donβt consider the professor to be an atheist (maybe Iβm wrong since Iβm not an atheist), I think he was a frustrated and angry-with-God Christian.

No question that He is referred to as the Lion of Judah
but the whole Roaring Lion for the most part has a very negative connotation. The song itself is one of those that gets stuck in your head. It was pretty rough when I used to cringe at the reference...but after my little Bible study I liked the song a whole lot better. Plus the movie was actually pretty decent and feature some of my favorite TV actors.
