I love your recent pictures, their colours are amazing! And you always seem to find the best angle... This one is probably my favourite, because of the strong contrast between the black bark and red leaves.
But I never did any art photography, so if I may ask... How do you get such a contrast? The leaves seem very monochromatic, so do you use and filters? Thanks in advance, and keep up the great work!

Thank you very much for commenting. I photograph solely in RAW and I work on the whitebalance, exposure, contrast and colors in Lightoom first. Further work on contrast is done in Photoshop
with tools like curves and levels. 95% of the result you see here is achieved in Lightroom. The color of the leaves are also achieved in Lightroom but since I worked on the contrast in PS a bit more,
the colors also intensified.

Thank you for your answer! It motivates me to learn how to better understand Photoshop's adjustement tools (I sometimes use them for my digital paintings, but the final picture never feels very natural...).
