Description
There she stands in the colorless white
as she always has from the start of history.
Though how many souls in her care,
still remains an ancient mystery.

They were once innocent and troubled victims
with stories that were nothing but sad.
Now they all sleep in the Limbo lady's arms
as if she was the mother they lost or never had.

She always is quite delighted
in taking them in ever so.
If they refuse to be ghosts or the afterlife,
where else would the souls go?

Everytime one agrees to join her,
it's another pair of arms for the limbo lady.
Safe and sound for the small soul too.
No different than any other baby.

The spirits always become and/or stay young
to the simple state of childhood.
For the Limbo Lady believes in life,
that is when you learn the start of good.

And also for every arriving soul,
the lady grows another height.
As a giant, many-armed, transparent woman,
of course she is an unusual sight.

But there are a few times that come
when one soul starts to awaken and yawn.
And that means their minds are changed.
That they're finally ready to move on.

So as ghosts or to the next world they go.
The Limbo Lady bids them a sincere goodbye.
She still cradles the sweet, staying souls
as some arms vanish and a tear drops from her eye.

You might have to view this in a less lighter screen for better picture. Anyway, here is the Limbo Lady bidding two souls farewell as 8 of the spirits she has left still stay with her and sleep (I did eight souls in her arms since the symbol of infinity always look like an eight when you turn it to one side or the other and I didn't even hesitate in using the symbol for her earrings). This idea just came to me after getting to know some more about Infinity Train (mainly book 3 and I still feel bad for Simon by the way. Most of the things that happened might have been his decisions, but still) and I'm wondering if any of you IT fans think The Limbo Lady would be a good character to include in the series (at least head-cannonically since I don't mind if you would like her being included in the fanfics as long as you credit me)? After reading the poem of course. Cartoon Network's the true owner of Infinity Train.
