I have to say that when I first saw this on Artistic-MLP Group, it really caught my eye. You did an amazing job on this. It's so beautiful it just makes me smile every time I look at it. I like the way you made her neck plate shine, along with her crown and the moon beads. Her mane is just speechless, very outstanding and majestic. And her eyes is like a jewel that reflects the light and stars. You did an amazing job at this. I give it a 10/10. Amazing man, its absolutely stunning and I love it.

This is beyond beautiful! You catch Luna's image perfectly.
The design just melts my heart because of the sheer beauty in it.
I could look at it all day. Luna is already stunning, but this picture
just makes her stand out as much as or if not even more than Celestia.
Your skills I would say are magic, and I would love to know what program
you used. Love the detail and the glow effects, also the jewelry on her
horn looks really cute and symbolizes her status as the princess
of the night, praise to this work of art.

How do you feel about this picture?
I'm studying other artist.
With me I'm disappointed if I imagine a picture too much and it doesn't end the way I excepted it to. So instead I don't think about what I'm drawing....so the final product is always a surprise.

What keeps you hyped while making a picture?

Well when I first finished this, I was super proud of it. I had come up with a cool quirk for drawing Luna in my style (her mane being all glowy etc.) and the eye and muzzle turned out much better than usual. I regarded it as my best piece ever, and the amount of favourites it got reflects that I guess.
Since then my style has changed, and I can definitely pick out quite a few things that aren't really the best, like the wing position and shading, the mane shape etc. but I still definitely regard it as one of me best artworks.
My way of drawing is usually think for a while before I start, try and come up with a character I don't often draw, or a character I really like. Maybe come up with an idea with some story or meaning, but usually just try and draw in interesting pose or shape and just go from there. This piece was a little different though, I really wanted to focus on my facial anatomy, so I went from there.
What keeps my hyped is if I had a really cool idea or original sketch that I saw potential in, I would want to finish it to the best of my ability and see what my watchers would think of it. Trying to find a song that matches the mood of what I'm drawing helps too, and sometime my artworks are even based of the certain vibes a song would give.

I totally understand the music thing...I've learned to somewhat block songs that don't relate to the picture...awhile ago another song would come on and I'd feel like no longer drawing what I was drawing...heh...I love music though. Main inspiration for me ^-^
