UB: STALKERPhaslender ( Phasmatodea+slender)
Type: Ghost Bug
A mysterious life-form called an Ultra Beast. The facial features of the people wrapped around by its limbs will fade away.
It follows children slowly, hiding behind telegraph poles and trees in the darkness. No one knows why it is always doing this.
It is based on a stick bug and spy.

I don't see why they couldn't.
The Ultra Beasts are creatures from an alternate dimension, so it's not impossible to think that they could have egg groups that just haven't been discovered by research yet. It's possible that they could even have genders as well, but researchers aren't able to tell the difference between them yet. It'd be interesting to see that kind of development being made on UB research.

I really like the design
It has just the right amount of creepiness and mystery that is so typical for the Ultra Beats, while still fitting into the Pokémon style
