She is his fist cousin. She would be his aunt if she was clarks sister. Sometimes people call there parents cousins aunt/ uncle if the age gap is big enough but in this case she was only 13 when he was born.

Only by a technicality. Because she was suck in cryosleep she didn't age and was unaware of the 20 +she was floating in space. When she gets to earth in my univere clark is 25, she is 13 and john is barley a few months old. Either way you cut is she is still his cousin.
