So... this is what I did with my Thanksgiving. I haven't had much of a desire to draw, been mostly writing and feeling stuck every time I tried to draw anything, but finally, I got past it. I saw Fantastic Beasts twice, and anyone who knows me knows how much I have loved Harry Potter. Fantastic Beasts really rekindled that love and I immediately wanted to draw the most adorable main character. If I were a character in Harry Potter, I'd probably be Newt. I'm actually a Hufflepuff according to Pottermore, so I suppose that counts for something. XDRelated content

I totally enjoyed this, and I'm hoping to see it again before it's no longer in cinemas. Is it just me, or did Newt have a very slight Doctor feel? Actually, Flynn while in the series The Librarians, felt a bit similar to that too. That quirky, 'what is he doing now?' feel. I love that when the actor can pull it off. I found it interesting how Eddie could go from almost soft-spoken, to wild and spontaneous whenever he needed to be. And you could see the look in his eyes as if his brain was always ticking.

He did have a very Doctorish feel to me. XD I loved Newt, makes me proud to be a Hufflepuff. XD
